Financial Executive, Stephen Silvester joins Board of Trustees

We are delighted to welcome Stephen Silvester to the Board of Trustees at Needed Foundation.

Stephen’s career brings together significant deal-making expertise in M&A and Venture Capital with over two decades of executive leadership.

His business career includes roles as CEO of Courtaulds Textiles Plc divisions (UK & APAC), Global VP Operations for Speedo International, and MD Europe for Jockey International.

Stephen was called to the Bar in 2010 and subsequently qualified as a solicitor at White & Black. He draws on his diverse perspective—as an investor, operator, and advisor—to deliver pragmatic solutions for complex corporate transactions.

Stephen is currently a Trustee Director of JDE UK Pension Fund and Managing Director of Human Nature Group. He holds an MBA from London Business School.
